Does ExactAir have a maintenance plan or membership program?
A formal maintenance plan is in development. In the meantime, you can schedule a one-time seasonal tune-up now, and join the priority list to be notified — and get early access — when the plan launches.
How much does a tune-up cost?
Ask when you schedule — pricing is confirmed before any visit, the same as every other ExactAir service. There’s no plan fee to figure out yet since the membership program hasn’t launched.
How often should I schedule maintenance?
Once a year for each system — ideally AC in spring and heating in fall — so both are checked before the season that actually stresses them.
What's included in an ExactAir tune-up?
Real performance checks, not a quick look — airflow and static pressure testing, refrigerant charge verification, electrical and safety control checks, and a full report of what was found, following the same documented approach as any ExactAir visit.
