Brett Lahue
Owner & Lead Technician
Brett founded ExactAir in 2025 after a path through local law enforcement, the U.S. Army, and over 5,000 field installation hours with another HVAC company. He learned the trade under his father, a by-the-book technician, in a journeyman-to-apprentice setup — which is where the “exact” standard comes from.
Brett is the technician who diagnoses the problem, does the work, and stands behind it on every ExactAir job — residential, commercial, or a favor for a fellow veteran at Cedar Hill VFW Post 5331.
Robyn Lahue
Social Media & Customer Communications
Robyn helps run ExactAir’s social media and customer communications, keeping Jefferson County homeowners up to date between service calls. Like the rest of ExactAir, it’s a family effort — not a marketing department.

Why the team stays small
A lot of HVAC companies grow into a rotating crew where you never know who’s showing up. ExactAir is built the other way on purpose: one accountable technician, the same person diagnosing the problem and doing the repair, every visit.
That’s not a limitation ExactAir is working around — it’s the whole point of the ExactAir Method. Owner-level accountability only works if the owner is actually the one at your door.
